1) Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Malaysia only at this moment. For other countries, kindly call/WhatsApp us at +60133360422 for shipment charges before making your payment. 

For international deliveries, we charge a tiered rate depending on the weight. Your parcels will arrive within two to three weeks. We use DHL for international deliveries.

2) How long does delivery take and how much will it cost me?

2-4 working days for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia. 3-5 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

Postage is free for nation wide parcels with a minimum spending of RM200 (after discount) upwards. For orders below RM200, based on weight for the first 0.5 kg, RM 8 is incurred for Peninsula Malaysia, RM 21 for Sabah and RM 19 for Sarawak postal addresses. International orders are not entitled to free postage.

3) When will my order been shipped out?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

Paid orders made before 1pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

4) What if i received a faulty items?

We are deeply sorry for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.

Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to +60133360422 via WhatsApp. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.

5) How do I return an item?

idid wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Items can be returned for store credit, subject to the following:

  • Return the item (s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the email confirming shipment.
  • Your request will be review within 14 working days of its receipt.
  • Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
  • Item must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original idid Activewear packaging in good condition.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.

A store credit will be issued to you once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

6) How about exchanges?

Love the product but got the wrong size? No worries, we are more than happy to exchange the size for you. Simply contact us +60133360422 via WhatsApp indicating your original order number, the item and preferred size. You should receive a reply from us to confirm the size availability. Where size is not available, we will issue you a store credit to the amount of the intended exchange item.

You will need to send back the item to us. All exchanges will be honoured subject to the following:

  • Exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase.
  • Item must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original idid Activewear packaging in good condition.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the item (s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item (s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.

7) Can I self-collect?

Yes, you may, but you will need to call or WhatsApp us at +60133360422 to tell us your preferred pick-up date & time.
